Tribute Plan does not tolerate spam. This policy explains our practices for email communication and the rules users must follow.

Our Email Practices

We send transactional emails (such as account notifications, invitations you request, and order updates) and, where you have opted in, occasional service updates. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

User Responsibilities

Features that send invitations or share memorial pages must only be used to contact people you know and who would reasonably expect to hear from you. You may not use Tribute Plan to send unsolicited bulk email, chain letters, or any form of spam.

Reporting Spam

If you believe you have received spam sent through Tribute Plan, please forward it to support@tributeplan.com so we can investigate.

Enforcement

Accounts found sending spam may be suspended or terminated without notice.
