If you believe that content available on Tribute Plan infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing the following information to support@tributeplan.com:

• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (such as a URL)
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address with identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
